8. Service Call Fees Policy

When requesting service, customers authorize RIVO FIX to perform a service call at the quoted rate and acknowledge that service call fees and deposits are non-refundable.

• Service call fee: $79 + HST (3% credit card convenience fee may apply).

• Service call fees are non-refundable.

• Labour fees are non-refundable.

9. Parts Policy

1. RIVO FIX technicians will make every effort to keep the workspace clean.
   Customers understand that some jobs may require moving appliances, and RIVO FIX is not liable for damage to floors, walls, or surrounding areas.

2. Warranty applies only to parts replaced or repaired, for the period stated on the invoice.

   • Other parts of the appliance are not covered.

   • If the repair did not require a part replacement, no refund will be issued.

   • Electronic parts ordered or installed cannot be returned or refunded.

   • Cancelled orders for electronic parts must still be paid in full.

3. Consequential damages, including water damage or food spoilage, are not covered.

   • Warranty is non-transferable.

   • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
