Diagnostic Findings

During disassembly, several critical issues were identified:

• Boiler interior heavily coated with calcium deposits

• Restricted internal water channels

• High-pressure three-way solenoid valve partially blocked

• Mineral residue affecting seals and internal components

At this stage, simple descaling is no longer effective — full internal service is required.

1. Full Machine Disassembly

The espresso machine was completely stripped down to access all hydraulic components safely and accurately.

2. Boiler Cleaning and Inspection

• Boiler opened and mechanically cleaned

• Thick scale deposits removed from internal surfaces

• Boiler seals inspected and replaced where required

3. Solenoid Valve Service

• High-pressure three-way solenoid valve disassembled

• Internal passages cleaned from mineral blockage

• Valve tested to ensure proper opening and exhaust function

4. Internal Line Cleaning

• All water pathways flushed and cleaned

• Internal hoses inspected and cleared

5. Reassembly and Testing

After reassembly, the machine underwent full operational testing.
