If you need to cancel your appliance repair appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. This helps us adjust our schedule and serve other customers more efficiently.
To cancel, please call us directly at (604) 206-5096 and speak with one of our live representatives.
Voicemails, emails, or contact form messages are not accepted for cancellations as they may not be reviewed in time.
If we do not receive proper notice, a service fee of $60 plus tax will be applied.
This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of your original appointment to avoid further inconvenience.
