Warranty Rules and Guidelines

To ensure smooth processing of your warranty request, please review the following policies carefully:

  1. Warranty coverage applies only to the part(s) replaced by RIVO FIX.
    It does not extend to any other parts of the appliance.

  2. The warranty is valid only within the stated warranty period and expires once that period ends.

  3. Clogs of any kind are not covered under this warranty.

  4. The warranty is void in cases of misuse, or any damage caused directly or indirectly by the user.

  5. If foreign objects enter pumps, motors, or other mechanical parts, the warranty will not apply.

  6. Our technicians always aim to repair your appliance without replacing parts whenever possible to keep costs low.

  7. If the same issue occurs again and a new part is required, the replacement part must be purchased — the original warranty will not cover it.
